The products presented on casual society correspond to our items available in stock. If you cannot select your size or add the product to your shopping basket, it means that the product is no longer available. Please visit the site later and check if it has been restocked.

HOW TO ORDER THE RIGHT SIZE?

CARE ADVICE

Fusilier London recommends that you follow for each item the specific care instructions listed on the product's label. With regards to polos, it is recommended to use cold water the first time you wash them and to turn them inside out to preserve the quality of the cotton. Dryers and radiators are not recommended. It's best to allow your polo shirt to drip dry.

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM — WHAT DO I DO?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' tab, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information;

Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code and a Description of the fault. The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.

WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE ?

All Fusilier London clothes are designed in United Kingdom and then manufactured in our inhouse production factory in Turkey. Our t-shirt, shirts, polos and sweatshirts take 2 – 4 days to print and embroider in production. We adopt only the best-in-class, high-end production principles. All polos, t-shirts and sweatshirts are cut by master cotton cutters, these craftsmen cut our garments with hand-held machines only. As a matter of principle, we do not mass produce.
