Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days after receipt of your order (we only can accept one return per order). Please ensure the items are new, unworn and in their original packaging with their accessories and the tag attached to the products.


1. Repack your items.

2. Log in to our returns portal here. You will need your order number before continuing.

3. Fill the quick and simple form

4. Select a reason for a return 

6. Submit and ALL DONE!

7. We will get back to you within 48 hours.

8. Once your return is approved please use our DPD free of charge return portal here.

It is not possible to exchange a product. Nevertheless you can send the product back for free within 30 days after delivery: log in to your account or use the link in your shipment confirmation email and follow the steps. Refund will be made upon reception of returned items.

When a product is returned to us, we treat the refund directly via the payment method used for placing the original order.  

- If you paid by card, the value of the products returned will be credited to your card.  


*Delivery charges are not reimbursed unless the product was faulty.

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed.
  • Items must have all tags attached.

For UK & ROI customers, you are able to return unsuitable items within 30 days of receipt. Please return unsuitable items in their original packaging.

We aim to process and refund your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 30 days for your return to be processed and a further 7 days for the refund to reach your account.

In total it can take up to 30 business days until a refund finds its way back to your bank account, from the moment your parcel has been sent out to our warehouse. If the refund still isn’t visible by then, contact us, so our customer service agent can take it from there.

We only accept products that have been purchased from the Fusilier London online shop.
